You can return the products you have ordered within 60 days from the date of receipt.

We cannot accept returns during the discounts, except from their exchange with another product. Discounted products are exempt from being refunded. The products should be returned within 60 days from the date of receipt; to be in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it (without being damaged or destroyed and without removing the label) with the purchase receipt or invoice.

The customer bears totally the return costs and customs charges.

The customer must ensure the safe return of products along with the assurance that will arrive at our offices in their original condition. We would suggest using a shipping company for return of your products with tracking service, so that you can easily find where your return is and if it has been delivered to our offices.

In case a product is returned because the customer refused to pay the import costs or duties, our company will ask the customer to pay the costs borne by our company for its return to our offices.

Important information: We can only accept product returns, refunds or exchanges on special orders if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

The refund will be performed using the same payment method with your order, e.g to your credit/debit card or to your bank account, within 10 working days following the receipt of your order..

Charges for shipping or for insurance of your products are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount to your account or credit/debit card in case of return of one or all of the products you have ordered.

If your order is shipped to a destination within the European Union, all taxes are refunded.

If your order is shipped to a destination outside the European Union, the customs taxes and duties of each country shall be borne exclusively by the customer. You may be able to avoid paying these taxes by contacting your country's Customs directly. If this is not possible for all countries, we would suggest you to contact a customs office for assistance in reimbursing customs duties and taxes on returned items.

Any exchange shall be made within 60 days from the date of receipt of your products.

If you return a product and the new product has lower price, we will refund the difference according to your payment method.

Returned items must be in excellent condition, having the security label and in their original packaging.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions cannot be accepted.
